Don't go it alone.

Today I learned a valuble lesson. When you have health issues you should not cache alone out on the hiking trails. You should not go alone if you can help it and if you do at least make sure someone knows what area you went to.

In other news, I have been thinking about hiding some Open Caching caches over at Drake Well. Open Caching still allows the use of virtual caches and that or puzzles that end out of the park are all that are allowed right now.

I have been a member of the Allegheny Rangers for a few years now, and this year we are running the great  A.S.P. Geobash. The Event can be found here. The big event is on May 21st with more events on the 20th. It is always a good time and has gone Maga the last few years!

No new waymarks to talk about, posted or logged. I do have to go to the way marking page and close a couple of mine down, but first I have to remember what that word is you add to them.

Here is a neat little piece of firefighting equipment. The canon would be fired at the bottom of a burning take of oil allowing much of the oil to be safely removed to a nearby ditch.

Here are two gas pumps that have not yet been Waymarked. They can be found in the Drake Well Museum in my hometown of Titusville Pa. Someday I will Waymark them myself but till then they are up for grabs. Visual pump on the left and curbside on the right. The curbside would be taken out of the building for the day.

No new caches in the area to do all winter :(  I can't wait till better weather to get out and do Waymarking and Geocaching.
